Hi! This blog is made to help me reach my weight loss goal. I'm not going to be sad, dissapointed or complain about how much I hate myself and my weight because I'm trying to be POSITIVE. Honestly, that's all you need in your life. Go to sleep with a smile and wake up with a smile. Life is so stressing, I know. University, work, home, study, weight, exercise, eating right, health, job, life, parents etc. It just goes on! This blog is made to help me track my progress. If you're having a hard time in losing weight YOU ARE NOT ALONE! :)
